AL’s New Roster Revealed

 

 

Absolute Legends have recently announced their new Dota 2 squad. After experimenting with 10 different stand-ins during official tournaments, Absolute Legends have finally settled on their Dota 2 line-up.

 

After a series of inconsistent results, they decided to drop their old roster two months ago and began their search for a new team. With this new roster, AL is not only aiming to top the Dota 2 world but also hope that the team will settle and enjoy a prolonged run competing in tournaments. They have picked the squad with an emphasis on having common goals while keeping in mind balancing play-styles, in the hope of achieving the best possible results. Brian “Mania” Strandby is the only returning player from their previous roster.

 

GosuGamers released a statement from Mania after he was selected for the new roster:

 

“After the former Absolute Legends fell apart, I was not sure if I wanted to keep playing competitive(ly), but I then decided to (assemble) a team of some Nordic friends to just have fun playing (having to) worry too much about being the best and deliver top results from the start, (and focus on) having a good foundation to build on! I (believe that I have) found that in miGGel, unicornxoxo, miracle and ryze. I'm sure we are (going to) have a blast playing, so I hope you will have fun watching us play."

 

Mania will be joined by former We Haz Asian player Unicornxox, Miracle former CLG player and miGGel former player of Copenhagen Wolves squad. In addition, former dd.Dota player Ryze will also be seen playing alongside with Mania.
