Once again it’s time for CS: Global Offensive teams from across the Asian region to fight for a spot in one of the most prestigious tournament, The “Cyberseries Asia Cup”.
Rapture Gaming Network (RGN) is fortunate to have a quick chat with Johnny Peralta, the captain of DC Smackdown who has already qualified for the tournament finishing as champions of the December Leg.
“MsiEvo GT and TnC Gaming are my favorites to win this weekend’s qualifiers as both teams have been training hard and I support my fellow countrymen!”
Johnny also picked out Carpe Diem of Singapore as the wildcard because of their good performance in the recent tournaments. Johnny mentioned that he didn’t vote for Orange because the team competing in this leg of the qualifiers is the second team of the organization. The first team of Orange has already qualified for the March event to be held in Singapore. The captain of DC Smackdown is looking forward to compete against Orange (team 1) from Malaysia as well as Teams like Bovines, Flash E-sports and Attitudes5tk from Singapore.
This week’s qualifiers will be on the 19-20 January and this event is brought to you by Cyberseries Asia in partnership with E-Club and Dead Holo.
