NeoEs.iSg’s to play at Hong Kong Esports Tournament

 

 

Despite being a South East Asian tournament, Singapore’s Insidious Gaming Exile (or NeoEs.iSg) will travel to Hong Kong later this month to participate in the Hong Kong Esports Tournament as marginal outsiders. Featuring teams from across Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macao, Insidious Gaming Exile is the only Singaporean representative at the event after Absolute Legends Singapore suffered a fourth place finish in the group stages 2-0-3 (wins-draw-losses).

 

 

Excelling in a group that boasted teams like HK Attitude, CrossGaming and Energy Pacemaker.HK, NeoEs.iSg took pole position alongside HK Attitude who shared a final point tally of 13. For finishing first however, Insidious Gaming Exile have earned form themselves a shoe in into the quarter finals of the contest while 2^nd and 3^rd place duke it out in the round of 12. The semifinals-finals, played on the 31^st of August 2013, will be a live event.

 

 

With over seven notable podium finishes under their belt, Insidious Gaming Exile is no greenhorn and they will be looking to mount a serious challenge on the prizes totaling to a massive 500,000HKD (or $64,000USD). Founded on 15 December, 2012, the team will look to bring as many of their first team players to the contest.
