12:00PM, we arrived at Mineski Infinity Taft Ave. Outside the cyber cafe was very crowded and all fans were very excited to see the candidates of the champion title such as Mineski, iZone125, or Execration, and the powerhouse of Malaysia, team Orange Esports and the Queen of Cosplay, Alodia Gosiengfiao.

At exactly 2:30pm, Marlon, Director of Mineski Event Team announced to the fans that Orange Esports would be in the Mineski Infinity, Taft Avenue, in just a couple of minutes. Not less than 10minutes had passed and all the people were excited when they had seen Orange Esports faces to faces. Not too long at 3:00pm, the Class S tournament had begun.

First game in the Class S of the GMPGL was between the Champion of GMPGL 4-2, iZone125 and Mineski PowerColor. However, iZone125 didn’t expect to be beaten by Mineski. Second match brings a really surprise to all the viewers and fans because of Sweetopia beating Mineski.

However, Mineski didn’t have time for sadness, because they had to be ready for the third battle with Orange Esports. At first, Orange Esports was in control leaded by their captain Mushi using Kunkka. The appearance of the Queen of Cosplay Alodia Gosiengfiao had boosted the determination of Mineski PowerColor; and they started to turn the table and defeated Orange Esports in less than 80 minutes. Then, Orange Esports stepped in the battle with the current champions of GMPGL iZone125. However, Jovensanity and the rest of iZone125 surprised the Malaysian team and handed its 2nd defeat going 0-2. In other group, MSI.Evo (GEST champion) was eliminated by Dreamz.Ledion and Pacific.Revitalize.

Heading straight with the championship bracket will be the team Mineski PowerColor against Dreamz.Ledion and iZone125 vs. Pacific Revitalize. Mineski and iZone125 both sent their enemies on the Lose Bracket and against the second time of the night. iZone125 claimed their revenge on the Win Bracket after beating Mineski PowerColor. However, Mineski still didn’t surrender and used that momentum to advance in the champion title facing the team iZone125 once again. After all, Mineski PowerColor again defeated iZone125 for the second round in the championship and proclaimed once again the champion in the Philippines.

On the tournament Class A, Badburn and IChill Pacific will now advance on Class S, sending back the former Class S, SD.The Mecca and Icefrog to the Class A division.

Before leaving the arena, we had tried to do a quick interview with team Orange Esports:

RGN: So how do you find about Philippines?

Mushi: Yes, so good in here.

WinteR: They really love playing online games, all of them are good.

 

RGN: So do you enjoy your current stay here in the Philippines?

WinteR: Yes, especially the food.

 

RGN: What kind of food, any particular dishes or restuarant?

WinteR: Jollibee and " Mang Inasal "

 

RGN: Yes, specially the chicken of mang inasal its really delicious.

Mushi: Yes very delicious.

 

RGN: Any plans in coming back here?

WinteR: Yes, we will be back, i'm sure of it, but it will not be next month, but its gonna be anytime in the future.
