RGN: How did you begin your career in DotA?

babie.579: I’ve played DotA for several years. At first, I often played DotA on Garena Client Server. After that, I took part in some DotA clans and became well-known after some clan wars. The team D4 invited me to train and compete with them in some DotA tournaments at that time.

When playing for D4, I didn’t acquire any achievement. I moved to team Truma and had some championships in some small DotA tournaments. In Truma, I was impressed by Mr.Thanh, a pro DotA gamer with experience and knowledgeable about tactics.

While playing for Truma, I met WAG.S. He invited me to play for WAG – a DotA team includes many good players in Vietnam. The roster was including PhongVan, Rosica, Izumin and S has different and special skills. So I agreed to join WAG and it was a very right decision!

 

RGN: How were about the personalities of WAG team member?

babie.579: They were handsome, funny, and obedient. I didn’t have anything to complain about them. In WAG, I was the leader who directed team how to ban/pick and team tactics. But in real life, we were very close to each other. WAG team was characterized by gentle and extremely cute.

 

RGN: While playing for WAG, you got a serious illness, didn’t you?

babie.579: Perhaps thinking about DotA too much, so I had a tumor about 5 cm in my head. For a long time, I have to had surgery and treatment. Fortunately, I am now healthy.
During my serious illness, unfortunately I could not stand in glory with WAG team. However, WAG has done very well under the direction of WAG.S with the ASUS ROG Championship title. During that time, they visited me in hospital frequently.

RGN: Why did WAG suddenly collapse ?

babie.579: When playing for WAG, I was the in-game leader. Missing me, WAG team had some disagreements, and then, the achievements didn’t meet our expectation. Therefore, WAG version 1 has broken up. WAG.S was no longer interested in DotA. He devoted more time to play poker and WAG version 1 didn’t exist anymore.

WAG has undergone a period of transfer with the participation of Eddiebatma and pabeo_vn, but not for long. I has just retunred to WAG, maybe called the WAG version 3, including me, Rosica, PhongVan, D3.HoangLinh, who was team D3’s former member, and FuryisDante – my former teammate in Truma. We had a first success in Sunnet Championship.

 

RGN: Did the illness affect your ability in playing DotA?

babie.579: When I was ill, many people though I would get worse in playing DotA. However, the reality was completely inversed. Somehow when cured, I feel I play DotA better than before. I cannot explain, but it has shown very clearly.

RGN: What is your best memory with DotA?

babie.579: During the time playing DotA, I met a girl. We fell in love with each other and had 2 years close together, it was a good time. I remembered that time I played DotA at Vietnam DotA ROOM 4 and she was impressed by my performance. Currently, we are only friends but still love each other.

These moments with WAG are also really nice, but unfortunately when they were standing in the glory, I was lying in bed.

 

RGN: What are your hobbies?

babie.579: I like playing poker, listening to the music and go shopping.

RGN: Can you talk about your hobby in playing poker?

babie.579: Poker is a sport in foreign countries, but in Vietnam, it is not popular. This is a game need a lot of wisdom. Playing poker is not difficult, if you have talent, it will be easier. I also practice playing poker for more than half a year.

WAG.S and I are very passionate about poker. We had a time playing poker together quite long. I also intend to participate in training and competing Poker, but the upcoming schedule will be busy and this dream may never come true.

 

RGN: What are you going to study?

babie.579: Being a police. I made a big mistake which is hard to forgive with my family, so become a police will be my apology. The police university is quite strict and I am forced to study far away from home. However, I will become a useful person for society. The police university will not change my love with DotA. Certainly if I have a chance, I would play competitively DotA with my best friends again.
