Iran banned female champions in Iran WCG League of Legends competition?!!

       

The League of Legends Iranian Qualifiers for WCG has banned the use of all females champions except annie (probably because she's only a child). The rules for the tournaments states this: “ﺗﺒﺼـﺮه: ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﮐﺎراﮐﱰﻫﺎی Femaleﺑﺎزی ﺑﻪ ﺟﺰ Annie ﻣﻤﻨﻮع ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.” It can be roughly translated (using Google translate) as “Note: All games except Female characters are allowed Annie” (the "Annie" at the end, we take to mean that Annie is the exception). Seems as though you can't pick the use of a female champion and will face punishment if the team disobeys.
