RGN Elite FIFA League Matchday 13 Preview
Match Day 13 will be a full-on relegation battle. Si_jali, Vin and KirosZ will be involved in crunch ties that could possibly decide who fills that final relegation spot. Elsewhere, Hibidi and Hakumenfox meet in a decisive game that could see the loser drop out of the title race. With 4-5 games left in this 16-game season, everything matters from here on out.
Si_jali vs MiTH.KirosZ, Saturday 3pm
Match Day 13 kicks off with a huge game for two players who currently occupy the bottom two spots in the table. Defeat for KirosZ would almost certainly spell the end of his stint in the top flight. He currently trails second-from-bottom si_jali by 10 points, and only a win for the Thai player will suffice this Sunday. Their previous encounter ended in a high-scoring 4-4 draw, and spectators will be in for a treat if the return leg is even half as good as the first match.
3H|KunKun vs eMaster.Vin, Saturday 3.30pm
KunKun suffered two morale-sapping defeats last weekend, and will want to pick up 3 points against an out of sorts Vin. The Malaysian’s 3 FIFA 14 games so far have yielded him just a solitary point, effectively shutting him out of the title race with 5 games remaining. Despite his poor start to the second half of the campaign. The Malaysian veteran performed admirably well against second-placed hibidi in midweek, and will hope to play equally well against KunKun on Sunday.
Flash.hibidi vs proA.Hakumenfox, Saturday 4pm
This game was to be played in midweek, but was postponed because of connection issues. Hibidi and Hakumenfox know that bagging 3 points in this match-up is vital not only for securing a top-3 finish, but also for keeping their championship hopes alive. With leOmeS inactive this weekend, this match represents a fantastic opportunity for either of these two players to close the gap at the top.
eMaster.Vin vs TH.Nonii9, Saturday 4.30pm
Vin recorded a narrow 3-2 win over Nonii9 the last time these two met, but based on Vin’s form, this game could very well finish differently. Nonii9 has played just one FIFA 14 game so far, and will be hoping to take advantage of his two games in hand to start moving up the table. He comes up against a leaky Vin defence that has shipped 8 goals in 3 games, and anything less than a win would surely disappoint the Thai player.
