Tha- splitting up from Neolution ESport?

There’s lots of question about where is Tha-, the famous DotA player who is team leader of Neolution E-Sport.DotA ? He wasn’t joined TESL DotA 2012 Quarter 1 and GEST IDC 2012 February. Or he just left out of Neolution E-Sport? 

Neolution E-Sport just answered in Gosugamers forum about him

Neolution E-Sport reveals more info about Tha- those he decided that he would never attend to any event with Neolution, but didn’t say something about the cause. But he is still on contract until the end of August. What we can do now is to wait for his next move when the contract is expired, and see whether he would come back to Neolution E-Sport or he wants to move to another team.

It seems even Neolution E-sport joining in competitions without Tha-, they still do well in every match. The latest winning was that they came over Orange Esports in GEST IDC 2012 February to go higher into RR Ranked in Gosugamers, won TESL DotA 2012 Quarter1 and beat MiTH.Trust two times in a row.

Is Neolution E-Sport getting better or getting worst without Tha-?

Tha- made a good performance in DotA Thai society. He is known as a best center player in Thailand (he won God of Cen by GIGABYTE) and leads the team to a lot of rewards and build up the reputation in Thailand and foreign country.
