Are you a DotA fan? Do you want to witness and enjoy the intense battles between the best DOTA teams in SEA? Wait no more! Razer will host another DotA 2 competition that will be held on March 8, 2012 to March 11 2012. In the said event, two top teams confirmed their participation, first team is the pride of Malaysia, non other than Orange Esports, and the other one will be the pride of the Philippines, non other than Team Mineski.Infinity, which called HyperX.Mineski in this tournament.

Today, RGN brings you an interview with Marvin Lu (aka Nattefrost) – Manager of Mineski Infinity.

Marvin Lu aka Nattefrost

RGN: I heard about the upcoming Razer DOTA 2 tournament in Singapore IT show, is this the first time you will be participating in the said event?

Nattefrost: Yes, this is the first time that we will be participating on this tournament. And it all thanks to Razer because they invited us to join this prestigious event. Razer is very supportive in our team. Thanks a lot Razer.

RGN: Any special preparation on the said event?

Nattefrost: After the Gigabyte Mineski Pro Gaming League 4-2, the team will begin the practice for this upcoming event, it will be hard for us because there's a lot of upcoming tournaments for DotA 1 and 2, so we need to practice for both DotA 1 and 2 at the same time.

RGN: We all know that Orange Esports will also be coming in the said event, what can you say about this?

Nattefrost: The Orange Esports is a very strong team. They are the reigning champion of DotA 2 in South East Asia because they won the ACG DotA 2 Malaysia Invitational last December.

Julius Sto. Domingo aka MskiJulzPColor

RGN: Do you feel any pressure now that you will be facing new roster of Orange team?

Nattefrost: Yes, even though Mushi is out of their roster, Orange Esports are still a strong team because he is substituted by the former MUFC member Kx.xY. He is a perfect fit in Orange e-Sports team as semi carry.

RGN: Do you have any plans on changing the roster of your current team? Why?

Nattefrost: We don't have any plans on changing the roster. When it comes to line ups / team roster, they have the authority to choose their teammates.

RGN: How does Mineski Infinity PowerColor form?

Nattefrost: Minesk Infinity PowerColor was first known as Happyfeet. Late 2010, there was a plan in getting them as part of Mineski, but there are still negotiations and we are still finishing some documents.

RGN: Why do Mineski choose Happyfeet as their representative?

Nattefrost: When the time that we got them, they were the team who dominated the scene of DotA, and they were also the 2010 MPGL over all champion. At first, there were some doubts if we would choose them or not, because their attitude might change and it may affect their performance, but that was all wrong, they proved that they will change not for worst but instead for the better. In fact, they were still the reigning champion of Mineski Pro Gaming League last 2011, and some international achievements like (TGX 2011 champions, SMM 2011 3rd place, WGC Indonesia 2011 as second and third). I hope this year they will dominate the world of DotA in the Philippines and in globe.

RGN: Any message to Orange Esports and the participating teams?

Nattefrost: Shout out to Orange Esports, thank you for your hospitality last DotA 2 Malaysia Invitational last December 2011. Good luck to all the participating teams especially Mineski. Thanks to Mineski, HyperX and Razer for sponsoring us in this tournament.

RGN: OK, thanks for the time and effort, I really enjoyed doing an interview to you. Good luck to Mineski for the upcoming event, wish you all the best!
