Team History takes us back to 2005, when this team, Ate Gaming was formed by Mikhail 'Rshkhn^', Ben 'r4iD', Ritesh ''RiTz'', Amar 'rey' and Hasnain '1mpal3^'. Mikhail, Ben and Ritesh have since been playing in Ate while the other two were replaced over time for various reasons. They were first replaced by Nilesh 'n|l3' Jaiswal, since Nilesh had to go abroad for his higher studies, he opted out of the team and was replaced by Ronald 'infeCted' Alexander. From then on we have Pranay 'Wuzz' Bhatia playing for us in our current squad. Recently Amar quit the squad due to personal reasons. We found an able replacement in the form of Poojan 'fire' Mehta. Ate Gaming has been India’s #1 team for 4 years in a row now and counting after winning ESWC way back in 2006. Since then Ate has won numerous events and has represented India on international level on various occasions. During this tenure, Ate was also the first ever team in India to be sponsored. We were sponsored by Games2win for a year under the banner 'Temple of Seven' followed by Indiagames under the banner 'Indian Inferno' for another year.
