For team commander Pinku of MiTH.GC himself has given some of his tips to be a reliable and inspiring commander!!
  

9 Tips to be a good commander by MiTH.GC_PINKU

 

#1 Try to devise a new plan of action for your team and analyze the strong and weak points of your team.
 
#2 Boost the morale of your team up till the end of the match. Players play better when their commander cheers them up. So don't forget to motivate your team up before they get paranoid and depressed.
 
#3 Focus on the game all the time. If you lose your focus and don't concentrate on the game, you'll be the reason why your team loses the match
 
#4 If there is an opportunity to deceive your enemies, do it! It will confuse them!
 
#5 Take care of your crew. When you are in a competition, always take care of your team and ensure that they are ready.
 
#6 A commander has to manage. Don't let your team worry about the date, gaming gear, scrim with another clan and etc.
 
#7 Always be prepared to change your line-up. Sometimes you have to replace a team member if he or she has a last minute mishap.
 
#8 Be a good listener. Listen more during practice time or discussion. But speak out more when the game begins.
 
#9 Take a long enough rest and take care of yourself when you have to command your team.
