Team Zenith, one of the strongest forces in the Asian DotA scene, has recently earned an invite to the second installment of the prestigious "The International" event, which will take place in August/September 2012. Hosted by Valve Corporation, the publishers of DotA 2, The International boasts one of the largest competitive prize pools in the world, with at least USD1.6 million up for grabs.

Zenith, hailing from sunny Singapore, secured their invitation to the event following a string of stunning performances. They have impressed critics and fans alike with their hyper-aggressive teamplay and convincing wins over veteran Chinese teams like DK and EHOME.

The current team roster consists of iceiceice, hyhy, xy-, xFreedom and Loda. Zenith’s latest addition from Sweden, Loda, has managed to seamlessly incorporate himself into the team's playstyle after just a few LAN training sessions. He adds to the team's vast experience at international online and LAN events, which includes a 3rd place finish at the inaugural The International 2011.

The team will join MUFC and Orange eSports as one of the three invited Southeast Asian teams that will compete with teams from the rest of the world in Seattle for the ultimate DotA 2 prize pool.

From now until The International, Team Zenith will be training at the Razer office where they have access to PCs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in a private, exclusive environment. The team will also be using Razer Blades on the go, the only DotA 2 team to have this honor.
