The long awaited event for Dota 2 teams has been announced. Dota 2, The International will be held from 7th to 11th August in Seattle, USA. A total of 16 teams will be competing in this prestigous tournament to be the best in the world. 

Defending champions,   Invictus Gaming was the first team to be invited and there will be 3 teams who will be able to qualifty into The International. 

• Champion of West Qualifier (hosted by GDStudio) from 13th - 19th May
• Champion of East Qualifier (hosted by BTS) from 20th - 26th May
• Champion of Wild Card event (between runner-ups of West and East Qualifier)
