HY: Tofu is a better leader

Weeks ago, Tofuboi, in an article, claimed to have mastered the art of drafting. Team Aeon previously, as written in other articles on this site, have always had problems in competitions due to their hero choices. Indeed, after his bold claim, Aeon has had nothing but victories in competitions, winning all three local LAN competitions in a row.

Just yesterday, Aeon, seemingly settling with a stable lineup of Tofuboi, HYHY, MikeD, Roy, and xy-, won the Home of Pool DotA competition. As Aeon was unavailable for comment, I asked NdrakaN, their opponent in the finals of the DotA competition, about his thoughts on the current incarnation of Aeon.

So, what do you think about this incarnation of Aeon?

DrakaN: Currently the finest Aeon lineup since their lull after SMM.
DrakaN: With this lineup, it's more then likely that they will achieve a top 2 placing.
DrakaN: Maybe I'm over exaggerating... Top 4.

Has Tofuboi mastered the art of drafting?

DrakaN: Tofu still has not mastered the art of drafting. I can't really know for sure, he needs to play against better opponents.

At this point, Winter, the captain from MUFC, mysteriously offers his insight on this matter.

Winter: I still think that there are better drafters. Tofu still sometimes makes mistakes.

Better opponents?

At this point, DrakaN explains that while Aeon has had much success in their previous tournaments, they have had problems when playing against local team “Flash.dota”, so not everything has been easy for them. DrakaN explains that it was quite surprising that a newly formed local team could give Aeon so much trouble.

DrakaN: There really haven't been any really good teams aside from Aeon joining these tournaments.
DrakaN: I think Tofu will have to fight really good opponents to test his drafting skills.

ToFu (centre), the best drafter?

Aeon did meet and defeat Nirvana.MY though, in a local LAN tournament earlier this year. Whether DrakaN merely forgot this or is intentionally implying something more sinister, I do not know. On being questioned, Tofu denied me any answers, but instead responded with the following comment.

Tofu: 3/3 wins after being leader. Bring it suckers.

Hyhy, who had previously claimed to be the leader of Aeon in a previous interview, offered support for Tofu's statement.

HYHY: Tofu is a better leader.
