League of Legends (LoL) is continuously proving itself as the most prominent title amongst the ones rivaling the original. Unlike others DotA-based titles, LoL has a few elements from DotA. Riot Games creates their own new world that leashes the attention of the players from the very first glimpses of the game.

As LoL is chosen as an official title for World Cyber Games 2011 Vietnam, it gives the Vietnam LoL community a chance to show off their skills. A truly big festival – where the players meet and exchange their experiences just as the WCG motto states: “Beyond the Game”.

And now, we proudly bring you the most famous League of Legends gamer in Vietnam. Finished Ring of Champions as the first runner-up with his previous team, FF, he is now the most important player in SioL – a big candidate for the champion title in WCG 2011 Vietnam.

Howdy! May we have a quick interview with you regarding the upcoming WCG 2011? Could you please briefly introduce yourself and your team, SioL, as well as your achievement with the team?

Nix: My real name is Mai Nhật Tân, and my nickname is nixwater or FF|Thori, I’m currently playing for team SiOL (RT). SiOL (Sex is Our Life) compete in either DotA or LoL. For Vietnam LoL, SiOL is maybe a new name, but for DotA, Masta or FF (Friends Forever) is widely known. As for our achievements in LoL, our team took part in Ring of Champions in Singapore and finished as the first runner-up and we also competed in some small tournaments hosted by Garena.

How did you find yourself playing LoL?

Nix: I was playing with foreign friends, and I heard a LoL tournament was going to be held in Singapore, so I decided to take part.

In your opinion, are there any elements of LoL superior to those in DotA?
