The World of Tanks, a team-based massively multiplayer online action game (MMO) dedicated to armored warfare, is about to blitz into Singapore with the very first tournament of its kind. Pitting teams in a 5 vs. 5 match ups, tankers will skirmish along board natural corridors and urban settings for territorial supremacy. Organized by Alienware and Microsoft, the war of steel will commence on the 5th of May, 2012, at the Alienware Arena, located at JCube, Dhoby Ghaut Interchange.

The event will start proper at 12 noon and run until 7PM the same day. Interested parties who are unable to form teams in time for the games may register as solo participants and will then be assigned to squads with comrades without complete teams. Attendees who sign up for an Alienware Arena account at the event will receive an exclusive VIP Bonus invitation, as well as a redemption code for additional World of Tanks content and in-game benefits. On top of that, players who download the E-Coupons posted on the website and official Facebook page will be entitled on free gameplay and a mystery gift upon flashing the E-Coupon at redemption.
