Gigabyte Nvidia DOTA 2 Summer cup: Singapore Qualifiers
The first country qualifer for the Gigabyte Nvidia DOTA 2 Summer Cup is just minutes away and we can already foresee that this will be an intense and action packed kick off of the competition. 16 battle ready teams will be competing for a spot at the main event where two teams from each qualifier will be advancing and will face the other winners of the qualifiers on the 28th and 29th of September.

With some of the familiar names present in this qualifer, it definitely added more heat to the competition and challenge to those who are trying to make a name for themselves, indeed it will not be an easy road ahead of them. We already know First Departure and Impervious who are currently competing in the RGN DOTA 2 League – Elite and obviously doesn’t need that much introduction. While for XPLICIT and Insidous Idol, they are among the teams who are usual competitors of online tournaments. They may not have won, but they definitely made the other teams run for their money and showed great potential. Will this finally be their time shine? Or will they be outshadowed once again by their fellow competitors? Let’s all find out tomorrow as we kick off the Singapore qualifiers with these 16 battle-ready teams.

General Information and Rules:
The qualifier will start tonight at 8:30PM to 11:30PM (GMT+8, Singapore Time)
Brackets: Will be released 30 minutes before the first round starts.
Team leaders are to join the Dota 2 channel ‘Rapture Gaming Network’ with team tags on your nickname. You may look for your opponent there. Should an opponent not respond after 15minutes of the stipulated schedule, the team may claim a forfeit win.
The winning team has to report their match result in the Dota 2 channel ‘Rapture Gaming Network’.
Game Rules:
Teams named first in the brackets will be playing as the Radiant side, while the latter the Dire side. Picks will be random. Mode: Captains Mode Server: Singapore server (default).
Spectators Mode: OFF
