The Asia: MuFC, LGD, MiTH got in the semi finals! Last shot depends on tie-break!

Finally, the first day of The Asia has been over!

TnC.Pag-ibig (Philippines) vs. Zenith (Singapore)

TnC: Luna, Seer, Sven, Jakiro, Beastmaster

Zenith: Lancer, QoP, Leshrac, Nyx, Prophet

This is indeed for real! “In NinjaBoogie, we trust” another big game from the Duskbin frontmen using his Luna Moonfang.

Though, in the beginning of the game IceIceIce was really performing well not only farming splendid but also doing a great job in zoning out TnC’s primary initiator, Dark Seer. But aside from that concern, it was all TnC as their Beastmaster being the great team player in building up Mechanism, Jango, and providing a Gem to fully support NinjaBoogie’s Luna.

Both team’s opted to go split push without resistance but in the 22 minute mark it was the superb pick-off by TnC that made them destroy Zenith’s middle barracks. From there on Cast and Co. steamroll Zenith in a very low scoring game.

Invasion.N9 (Australia) vs. MuFC (Malaysia)

The final playoff game of Group has arrived between N9 vs MUFC. This game has lots to give us as LGD’s fate is on this game. If N9 is able to defeat MUFC under 20mins then LGD are eliminated from the tournament.

Lets go through the draft of this game.

N9 (Radiant Side):

Picks:Sven (Shatan), Shadow Demon (Winter), Enigma (r1sk), Queen of Pain (Fz), Lina (Godot)

Bans: Batrider, Nyx Assassin, Undying, Brewmaster, Chen

MUFC (Dire Side):

Picks : Rubick (net), Invoker (Ohy), Lone Druid (hyhy), Dark Seer (ling), BeastMaster (Sharky)

Ban : Alchemist, Magnus, Bounty Hunter, Keeper of Light, Tinker

N9 had entered in his game knowning that they need to finish it up within 20mins or The Asia is over for them. With the kind of lineup N9 had drafted it clearly showed that they had aimed to finish this game within 20mins.

But MUFC ruined N9’s plans by dominating in all thre lanes. The game was a slow paced one without much action taking place. hyhy on Lone Druid played safe and he got good support. As we came closer to the 20th min mark N9 hadn’t done much damage and it was pretty clear by then that LGD had the second place in the Group.

MUFC kept on pushing each lane taking down towers of each lane one by one thus gaining more control over the game. In the end N9 had nothing to offer but hats off to their sportmanship spirit as they played hard even though knowning that they are already eliminated from The Asia.

For MUFC they still remain undefeated in this tournament so far and they safely proceed to the Semifinals which will take place tommorow. Stay tuned as we will bring you live updates from The Asia Day2.
