Their names are shortened to their initials for convenience.
Nguyen Huu Nhan (NHN)
To Trung Hieu (TTH)

What was your progress in the tournament?
TTH: I made to the top 8
NHN: I also made it to the top 8

Who are the tough players you have faced?
TTH: Of course, the Korean player
NHN: For me it would be Switzerland

Has the weather in Taebaek affected you?
TTH: A little bit, but we stay indoors so it’s warm, doesn’t affect us much

How do you feel about the event so far?
TTH: It’s a good event, the location is good but quite far, we had to fly 5 hours and an additional 5 hours to travel from the airport to Taebaek. And there was a bit of miscommunication, there were rules changes and schedule changes. The group staging was also incorrect, which made everyone confused.
NHN: The referee was not proficient at the game too.  The facilities and food are great. The opening ceremony and the welcome party are also good. And the Skiing sessions of course.

Who do you pick as favorites to win?
Maybe the German or the Korean

How do you feel about Singapore, Msia/VN and India chances in the competition?
TTH: I think first of all, India has no chance of winning, as they lost drastically in the events. Malaysia and Singapore have many chances to progress as the europeans are not familiar with the games.  For us, we had a chance to get to the finals. The guy who won me in FIFA Online 2 was only due to the result in penalties.

Have you made any new friends?
NHN: Yes, we made friends with the Singaporeans, Malaysians, South Africans and Germans. Also the China team, as we met them during AIG and they're here as well.

After the event, what are your plans?
NHN: We are going to ski again, watch the finals, and get some shopping done. In the future, we will try to attend FIFA Events held in Malaysia or Singapore sometime during the beginning of the year.

His name is shortened to his initials for convenience.
Santanu Basu (SB)

How do you feel about this event?
SB: It’s nice, it’s my first time here in Korea. I’ve been to China for WCG 2009 but I like Korea better

How was your progress in the tournament?

SB: I didn’t want to take part but my friend recommended to attend the IeSF Challenge. I got to the top 8 in WCG but here, I lost in the first group since this version of FIFA is not available in India. The opponents here were better though. I lost to Korea and Switzerland, and was behind scores with Malaysia. I tried to make a late comeback but lost out in the end.

It’s ok, you win some, lose some.

Who’s your toughest opponent?

SB: Malaysia. They practiced a lot, and like I’ve said, this game is not in India, but they have it in Malaysia. But I accept that he’s a better player.

Does the weather affect your performance?

SB: No, actually it’s quite warm in the rooms.

What are your plans after this event?

SB: In January there’s the Sony FIFA Interactive World Cup, which runs for three months and I’ll be pretty much involved in that.

Besides the event, what else do you like about it?

SB: The Skiing activity is very nice, and I love the surrounding. It’s beautiful.

Anything else that interests you?

SB: Only skiing.

Any last words for the gamers out there?

SB: Never fall, stand tall!
